AJRI – make Ultra Strong Cane Cutting Knives
We produly announce our success in achieving a unique combination of design and metallurgy; The AJRI-MAKE-Ultra Strong cane cutting Knives. We innovated the old cane cutting knives into ultra strong highly durable knives to sustain every impact load on it and provide best performance right from installation till the end of an entire crushing season without any breakage or stoppage in the levelers or choppers. Ultra strong carbide tipped knives are designed to withhold enormous impact load on it. we being the old players of the sugar manufacturing machines market, we understand the exact requirements of the sugar factories and thus have designed our knives in order to suit the heavy loads over the levellers and choppers, we also consider the foreign materials which cause breakage of cane cutting knives, but our knives are specially designed to give maximum output and similarly provide the strength to withstand any impact over the knives.
Swing Type Cane Leveller
- Having a great experience and knowledge of cane Levelers, we have designed swing-type cane leveler with following features and modifications as per our customer’s requirements.
- No breakage of knives during operation.
- No down time, easy to replace or install new knives.
- Can accommodate more number of knives as per Preparatory index and power consumption requirements of the customer.
- Reduced load over the fibrizor due to increased efficiency of the leveler.
- No load fluctuation over the drive motor.
- Also serves as a Mini-Fibrizor in case of fibrizor failure.
- Desired Preparatory Index can be achieved.
